Return & Refund Policy 

At Dog Wares, we want both you and your furry friend to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. 

Returns 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with any tags attached. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at hello@dogwares.co.uk. 

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted. 

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, Dog Wares will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional charge.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll assess the issue promptly and work quickly to make things right. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for: 

Sale items may only be returned if they are faulty. 

Exchanges 

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. 

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

Refunds 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. 

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@dogwares.co.uk.
